Return Process

  Log into your Espanshe account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all brand tags, packaging, and invoices intact to qualify for a successful return.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After a quality inspection at our warehouse, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchanged size within 5-7 business days.
